Knowledge@Wharton: Will Firefox Burn Explorer?

CNET News.com has published a Knowledge@Wharton report about the battle between Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. The study, which quotes a number of analysts employed by Wharton and others, argues that much of Firefox's growth can be attributed to concerns about IE's security record and the fact that Firefox does not have a "high geek factor" like many other open source products.
