The Debian-based Raspberry Pi OS distribution for Raspberry Pi single-board computers has been updated today with some exciting new features, updated components, bug fixes, and other changes.

The biggest change in the new Raspberry Pi OS release is the enablement of the labwc Wayland compositor by default on all Raspberry Pi models. Previous Raspberry Pi OS versions used the Wayland windowing system by default only for Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 5 models. Full Story |
