The Fedora Project officially released today Fedora Linux 41 as the latest version of their Red Hat-sponsored GNU/Linux distribution for the masses featuring some of the latest and greatest software.

Powered by Linux kernel 6.11, Fedora Linux 41 comes with the latest GNOME 47 desktop environment on the flagship Fedora Workstation edition, which has been stripped of the X11 session to deliver a Wayland-only experience to users.
