Enable epel10 from rpmfusion rather then straight attempt `sudo dnf install epel-release -y`. So run `sudo dnf -y install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-10... ` . Enable the "code ready builds": $ sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb . . . .
