Finally I had decided to skip deployment templates for KVM Host and Cockpit Web Console for openSUSE Leap 16 Beta KVM Guest. Due to absence of YAST on Suse Leap 16 Beta guest following sequence of CLI directives brought me to success with linux bridge been setup via Cockpit Web Console.
