The first Release Candidate of the highly anticipated GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) 3.2 release is now available for public testing with more new features and dozens of improvements.

It’s been two and a half months since the previous development release, and the GIMP 3.2 Release Candidate brings even more goodies, including support for importing PowerVR (PVR) texture files and support for exporting SVG images as actual vectors with the ability to embed raster layers as either PNG or JPEG.
