DebConf27, the Debian Project’s annual developer conference for 2027, has been announced and will be held in the city of Asahikawa in Hokkaido, Japan, taking place from September 5th to September 11th.

Asahikawa is a city in Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan’s main islands, which is known for its volcanoes, natural hot springs (onsen), and ski areas. As tradition follows, the local organizers in Japan will start the conference activities with DebCamp with a focus on individual and teamwork towards improving the Debian distro. Full Story |
