Simulating the Agama Web UI in a virtualized environment as a KVM guest provides a sandboxed, easily reproducible, and risk-free environment to test next-generation installer workflows, remote deployment configurations, and automated storage provisioning without modifying bare-metal hardware. Web UI Native Testing: Agama is designed with a decoupled architecture where the installer engine runs as a service and exposes a Web UI. A KVM guest allows you to easily simulate a true headless server deployment, letting you test connecting to the installer's port from a host web browser.
This simulation also includes a new component that utilizes a trusted SSH connection at the supervisor level to directly launch KDE Plasma on the target vm/host. Process that will function exactly the same way on bare metal.
