Pointsec Mobile Technologies, a provider for enterprise security software for laptop and desktop PCs, PDAs and smartphones, recently announced the general availability of its endpoint encryption solution for Linux-based operating systems. With Pointsec for Linux, corporations can now employ centrally managed full-disk encryption to protect information stored on Linux laptops and desktops.
