Why Linux Has Failed Beginners

Over the years, I've had a number of people asking me what I believe the problem was with further migration over to Linux by the public at large.

To be frank, I don't believe that there is a simple answer to this. To me, there are a number of factors that play a role in keeping Linux out of the mainstream limelight.

Konqueror survives, but it's not exactly party time for Mozilla browser users. Given the website *name*, you'd expect them to do better...

yeah, this is a must-miss article. Same old tired warmed-over "Linux has failed Joe and Fanny Sixpack, who still rub sticks together to make fire."

Breaking a small article into four pages is quite annoying.
