CodeWeavers have released their 6th iteration of their CrossOver application suite. It comes in different flavors, Linux, MacOS and Linux Server edition.

This is the 6th iteration of the CrossOver application. In this version, they have improved support for 3D acceleration, gaming, better compatibility support for application such as Microsoft Office 2003. They have a free 30 days trial demo, that is well worth downloading to test it out. I'm looking forward to installing World of Warcraft on Linux (x86_64).

New Games Capability

Better Support for Existing Applications, Too
In addition, CodeWeavers has also honed its support for such popular productivity applications such as Office 2003. CrossOver now supports native connections to Exchange Servers via MS Outlook. In addition, products such as MS Project® 2003 and MS Visio® 2003 are now supported.
Product Renamed from CrossOver Office to CrossOver Linux
CodeWeavers' flagship Linux compatability tool had heretofore been known as CrossOver Office. However, with the simultaneous release of CodeWeavers CrossOver Mac product at MacWorld in San Francisco, the company has clarified the naming of its products to indicate the specific platform supported; hence the retirement of the CrossOver Office name and the creation of CrossOver Linux and CrossOver Mac.
