SONY has been convicted of misleading the French public and told to pay damages to a consumer watchdog for selling downloadable songs that only run on its own music players.

Just one more reason to not purchase *any* Sony product.

But.. Sony proudly told the wold the SIXAXIS controller won an Emmy at CES so surely the PS3 must be worth buying!

Oh wait, no, they just lied about that too..
