Jitterbit Open Source Integration Adds New Customers

Jitterbit, the developer of an open source integration suite announced new customers to coincide with the latest release of its software. Jitterbit claims that open source integration is gaining significant traction with businesses as they look to integrate both open source and proprietary CRM, ERP, and other on-demand applications.

Jitterbit is designed for "users and developers [to] quickly and affordably connect customer data from a variety of sources and formats, such as local and hosted ERP and CRM applications, legacy systems, data warehouses and online marketplaces"

Jitterbit's open source approach to integration yielded "significant time and cost savings when compared to proprietary and scripting alternatives." Jitterbit's customers include users in both mid-sized businesses and enterprise level organizations that run the Jitterbit software on Linux servers. The integration tool is also available for windows.

Customers included Petzl, Impact Publishing, and Daxten. The company also has major enterprise customers such as General Growth Properties.

The latest release of Jitterbit is version 1.2 and is available for download from the Jitterbit website at www.jitterbit.com
