12:48 PM EDT 		I never understood how they were going to run wine on PowerPC chips. As wine itself is not a system emulator but a windows emulator. It basically translates windows APi's into native linux/OS X api's.

Of course Wine running under OS X would be great. You could run some of those annoying windows apps in a better environment than there used to.
