Two productions of this movie exist. Last years has this tag line:

Bringing the Tony-Award Winning musical back to the big screen -The Producers tells the story of a down on his luck producer (Lane) and his accountant (Broderick) and their get rich quick plan.

If you don't know the story line - read up. One of the all time funniest movies. But not popular with survivors.

Actually, I understand that the play recently opened in Israel to rave reviews... very popular.
