When Vista is the equivalent of going to two stores, one of which asks, "Which color and body design would you like, but there are some trade offs", while the other, i.e. Vista, goes, "There all the same color and design, but if it has an engine, brakes, steering, seat belts, air bags or even a roof, are all *optional* and will cost you more money.", I could see some people being confused by why the version they bought inexplicably slammed into an imovable wall a few months after installing it... But then, it would probably be no more confusing than trying to get what they already sell to work right at times. lol
