From where can I find EL 3.0 Update 1 installation CD`s. Tried to find a lot but in vein. Guys please help me out.

I assume you mean Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 (or RHEL 3.0 as it's more commonly called)? I don't believe Red Hat makes the binaries for the Enterprise Linux versions available for download by the public. If you check https://www.redhat.com/apps/download/ you'll find the download link for those who have a subscription.

If you don't have a subscription, your best bet is to download CentOS 3.9 from the http://www.centos.org/ website. It's a recompile of the Red Hat code with the Red Hat owned items removed. It should have full binary compatibility with RHEL 3.
