while I of course applaud their efforts for interoperability, the fact remains that Ventrilo is a closed/proprietary system with very restrictive licensing. What we really need is more people pushing the foss solutions such as mumble/murmer http://mumble.sourceforge.net/ instead of the closed systems like teamspeak/ventrilo/etc. |
