Really, there should be a special award for keeping a straight face while babbling the most obvious absurdities. SCO has been busted how many dozens of times for lying, and yet their lawsuits keep going? I hope that the IBM and Novell suits are still alive because Novell and IBM have strategic reasons for keeping them going, and not because the legal system is so easily gamed. |

It's just more from SCO's theatre of the absurd. I still have a Caldera OpenLinux 1.2 Lite CD. It's full of GPL code, too, Using it would be a problem since all my hardware is now too new to run that version. I'm sure I can find some 12 year old hardware for next to nothing if I had to prove my point. |
