All of the games are available for Linux. I'm not sure why the author thinks otherwise.

I think some were only ported for "Humble Indie Bundle" and now that it's over with they are no longer available. Correct?

Ah. That I wouldn't know. It would seem silly though, since once it's ported, it's ported.

Not only are they still available, several of the games have been released as open source.

Once it's ported, it's ported, but is it really if they don't update and maintain it?

tharik: Well, not several, there was only 5 games included (another added later). Penumbra and Lugaru are the only ones released (and both aren't even fully released), Aquaria and Gish are only planning to release their code.
