Ubuntu seems to be intent on becoming the OS used by those that can't afford an Apple but want to be cool like those that can. Seriously Mark, you need an individual identity, we don't need the perception of Linux to have the stigma of being a poor man's Apple. |

Ubuntu did a lot better when they concentrated on making "easy to install" their claim to fame, rather than "easy to use by idiots". |

Well, given that their first iteration was simply a Debian overlay, those were two sides of the same coin. |
