The author makes it sound like no one has done anything along these lines. Yet he mentions Revolution OS, in a rather dismissive way, as if 10 yrs negates this fine film. I've seen that film and it is a very well done documentary. It actually gives realistic, IMO, estimates on how many Linux users there really are, out there. OTOH, it being ten yrs old, it couldn't possibly document what tremendous strides Linux has made since then. So, if one can muster the funds to do another documentary, I say go for it. Certainly can't harm the cause of furthering a truly pioneering FOSS operating system and encourage none users to adopt.

Great Strides, yes, within the context that RevolutionOS addresses. I think it's still an excellent documentary in of itself, and relevant.
