Update as of 09/30/2021. The issue might be fixed at the moment via

$ sudo dnf update -y

End Update

$ sudo systemctl status libvirtd - seems strange to me. Virt-manager connects to libvirtd, however Cockpit Console reports libvirtd daemon to be dead. The picture stays the same for about a month and still manifest itself on F35 Server Beta with "Fedora Workstation" Desktop installed. KVM installed on F35 per https://computingforgeeks.com/how-to-install-kvm-on-fedora/

Cockpit was accidently typed missing "k" in the notice header.
