This story looks right on target. The only number that looks a little "off" to me is the amount of SPAM that currently comes from infected Windows SPAM zombies. I did a study for about a month of all SPAM that I received and nearly 100%, if not exactly 100% of the SPAM I received over the study period all came from infected Windows machines. Of course this is only a sample of 1 so take it FWIW.
