Father of Linus Torvalds, Nils Torvalds will be a member of the European parliament. This is because Carl Haglund, now a member of the European Parliament is rising to the chairman of The Swedish People´s Party in Finnland, and he will leave his place in ´the parliament.

Father of Linus Torvalds, Nils Torvalds will be a member of the European parliamnet. This is because Carl Haglund, now a member of the European Parliament is rising to the chairman of The Swedish People´s Party in Finnland and will take place as a minister in Finnlands goverment, and he will leave his place in ´the pariliamnet. Nils Torvalds was a candidate to the European Parliament in last elections. He got 14,044 votes and was not allocated a seat, but is now rising to the pariliament as a first reserve candidate.
