This is a bug fix release for the 1.0.x branch. The major fix is transformation compatibility for all Oracle version 8-10 drivers as well as Visual Fox Pro.

Changes:
Server
- Setting SQL_ATTR_METADATA_ID=SQL_FALSE when looking up database objects since this seems to be needed for some Oracle drivers and works for all others as well.
- Fixed small problem in deploy: Warnings about missing drivers were not communicated to the client.
- A bug was fixed that caused an infinite loop when running certain web service calls, the only known example is the GlobalBay WSDL.
Client
- Fixed potential thread deadlock in the ErrorLogger, which could cause the UI to freeze if multiple errors were reported simultaneously.
- Fixed the nullPointerException in the function
findConflict that might occur when saving mappings.
