DistroWatch reports - The first beta release of PC-BSD 1.2 is ready for testing. From the changelog: Updated ports to current as of 6-26-06; added py-qt and py-kde ports to default install (allows SuperKaramba plugins to work); cleaned up icons folders; added DBSD Network / User Toolset into Control Panel; converted PC-BSD tools to Control Panel modules; updated KMenu to display categories; zip support included in default install; added Bash to default install; set up CD insert notification to allow playing audio CDs and DVDs; Windows key now launches K-Menu...
