Reminder: DebConf7 Call for Papers ----------------------------------

As previously announced, submissions of proposals for papers, presentations, discussion sessions and tutorials for DebConf7 will be accepted until Wednesday 31 January. If you're interested in doing a DebConf talk but haven't submitted one yet, it's time to do so now.

Please also make sure that you have entered complete details (including description and abstract) for any events already submitted. Events without a sufficient description will not be accepted -- don't expect the review committee to guess the full content from its title.

Reminder: DebConf7 Registration -------------------------------

As previously announced, food/accommodation/travel sponsorship applications for DebConf7 will be accepted until Wednesday 31 January.

If you are requesting sponsored food or accommodation for DebConf, go to the "Travel, accommodation and costs" tab in the conference registration system, and make sure you have entered the dates you plan to arrive/ depart. If you haven't made plans yet, the recommended arrival/ departure dates are 2007-06-16 and 2007-06-24.

We would like to help as many people as possible who require sponsorship to come to DebConf, and we will use the information you provide now to calculate how much travel sponsorship we can afford to give out.

If you are applying for travel sponsorship, make sure you have entered your full travel details and costs.
