Judge rules Novell still owns the Unix copyrights in SCO Case

Groklaw is reporting that Judge Kimball in the SCO v. Novell case has decided some of the Summary Judgements. Novell Still owns the copyrights to Unix.

Groklaw is reporting what is sure to be a blow to all of The SCO Group's legislation. Judge Dale Kimball has ruled that Novell retained the copyrights to both Unix and Unixware.

This will certainly result in much quicker resolution of the Novell case as well as the IBM and Red Hat cases against The SCO Group.
