Linux Expo kicks off three days of seminars and a weekend full of expo floor activities

The 6th Annual So Cal Linux Expo is this weekend, and preparations are almost complete.

There have been some last minutes updates to the Expo. We've added floor maps, room names, and the latest social activities to the web site. We recommend perusing the web site before heading over to the Expo.

SCALE has interviewed a few of the groups that will be attending SCALE. We've interviewed Bruno G. Albuquerque and Jorge Mare (AKA Kokito) from Haiku, Michael Shiloh from the OpenMoko project, and Bob Gobeille from HP Fossology. Those interviews are available on the SCALE blog, at http://www.socallinuxexpo.org/blog/.

Linux Questions in turn interviewed Gareth Greenaway the SCALE Operations and Community Relations Chair, and Orv Beach, the SCALE Publicity Chair. That audio interview is available on Linuxquestions.org at http://radio.linuxquestions.org/2008/02/lq-radio-interview-g...

If you're in the Southern California area and are attending SCALE, we recommend you carpool; the hotel parking lot fills up quickly. We'll see you at SCALE!
