Sco Motion Re Linux Denied; 10 More Depositions Each

Well, I guess this makes it universal. Nobody likes the games SCO is pulling in discovery, including Judge Wells now, from what Frank Sorenson reports. Wells denied SCO's motion regarding discovery, told them they had misinterpreted her rulings, and that IBM has, as Frank puts it, "appropriately interpreted the Court's order.

...but IBM has clearly signalled to the Court, again, that they're quite ready to cut to the chase now.

And Magistrate Wells has clearly signalled to SCOX that she's also quite ready to cut to the chase right now. Granted she gave both 10 additional depositions, but she (a) didn't give them any more time to do them in and (b) didn't give SCOX the tons of additional discovery they were demanding.
