Free, open SBC design targets imaging, vision apps

An electronic engineering student in Brazil has published a design for a small SBC (single-board computer) that runs Linux. Flavio Ribeiro's SBC uses a 180MHz ARM processor, an Altera Cyclone FPGA, and a 3-megapixel Micron CMOS sensor. It targets machine vision, surveillance, and other imaging applications.

It sounds like a nice little embedded project board. I could use a couple of boards like this. Several companies sell similar boards for more than my play projects are worth. Does anyone have a pointer to something assembled? Right now, I'm thinking about an old IBM thin client like a 8363.
