4:59 PM EST 		It must have gotten delayed due to unforeseen problems with Snail Mail; They should have used electronic transfer. Wait, may be they did, but unfortunately it is running some proprietary system. That explains the delay.

Oh well, it finally arrived and everything is back to normal. That was a scare!
