With more than 100 exhibitors and about 95 speakers at SCALE 11X this weekend, there's a lot to do and see. But when the sun goes down, the sessions end and the expo hall closes, the fun really begins for the attendees.

Then on Friday evening, the UpSCALE talks take place. Patterned after the Ignite talks given at O'Reilly events, participants in the UpSCALE talks are given five minutes to speak on a subject while accompanied
by 20 automatically-advanced slides. This makes for a fast-paced talk where anything can happen.

Not to be outdone by Friday night's festivities, Saturday night is home to two entertaining post-expo events.
First, SCALE 11X brings back the annual Weakest Geek competition, which pits members of the Free/Open Source Software community face off against each other, determining who has the greatest knowledge of geek culture.

Last but not least, SCALE wouldn't be SCALE without its legendary Games Night to wrap up Saturday night.
Located in the ballroom in the basement of the Hilton Los Angeles Airport hotel, Games Night features kids crafts and games, laser tag, console video games, pool and air hockey, Nerf weaponry, massage
stations to help you relax, and the weekend's SCALE Poker Contest finals – bring your poker cards to find out what the mystery questions were and, if your hand is hot, then you could win prizes.
Game Night hours are 8-9 p.m. for family hour that features special activities for the kids, and 9-12 midnight for adults.
