The Appgen 4GL (fourth generation language) has been widely used by Appgen developers worldwide for over 20 years, providing a tool for extreme customization of Appgen applications and rapid development of new cross-platform applications.

The recent introduction of InsynQ's graphical development tools, with the development client available for Windows or Linux, brings a familiar visual working environment and project management structure that previously did not exist within the framework of the Appgen Development System.
"The Appgen Development System has provided a means for building graphical applications for years, but the development environment itself was strictly character-based until now," said Errol Allahverdi, Manager of Development for Appgen. "Now, new developers as well as experienced ones will have an easier, more powerful and more intuitive interface to use when building business applications.
