Among my customers, friends and family FireFox is accepted with equal enthusiasm by everyone from the stereotypical dumber-than-a-rock blonde dolly-bird secretary or ogreish ditch-digger to highly technical workers and administrators including "power users". Most of the non-technical people don't understand why they should use it at first, but they are all glad that they did.

I'm surprised by how many rate it as "faster" because on a quick machine I can't see much difference. The absence of ads and functional spyware is a big winner, and a few users report (a month or so down the track) that the internet has "come alive again" for them because they don't have to be so careful all the time. Some of the more techy users go beresque with the plugin thingies, some of the less techy still tinker with themes.
