It's not likely, though. Years ago they switched from a 4000-server Novell network to MS-Windows, and there they stuck. The only hope for OS reform is that they view this positive statement from another of the Big Four as a challenge.

It would also be nice if Optus peered with WAIX, VIX, PIPE and a few other traffic exchanges, since they are the only official Australian host for SourceForge and some other high-byte-count mirrors, and they're already peering with the other three biggies.
