Not "have done," but "are doing".

* Lying to their customers, the media, everyone handy.

* Misrepresenting and generally pissing all over every competitor, including FOSS products (although in some cases this has already backfired big time).

* Actively hunting down and destroying competitors by fair means and/or foul instead of improving their own products and services (think OS/2, "DOS ain't done 'til Lotus won't run", the encrypted anti-DRDOS code, etc).

* Locking people into their stuff; sacrificing features, stability, utility etc to do so.

* Focussing on marketable features rather than robustness or consistency. Or standards, interoperability, security, any of a dozen or so more worthy objectives.

* Doling out dribs and drabs of software with Scrooge-like reluctance instead of addressing customer needs.

* Dumbing everything down instead of simply streamlining it.

* Blackbird.

* Oh, yeah, making and maintaining a virus paradise.

* Suing everyone who disagrees with them.

* Back-dooring everyone they can't sue (e.g. MA's ITD)

* TFPC. And its asinine friend, the yellow dog (look up "Yellow Dog contract" on Wikipedia).

* Give-with-one-hand take-with-the-other "charitable" tax rorts.

* Putting OEMs over a barrel.

* Firing their MVPs.

* Hmm, don't want to be here all day...

Tom: for a particular point? E.g. dredging up the records of Microsoft temporarily dismissing all of their MVPs would take 10-20mins, multiply that by the number of points...
