Thanks! I am definitely loving life without Winders. The guys on one listserv have suggested I replaced my house windows with wax paper. Correction, guys. That's gnu hides, not wax paper.

I thought when the copyright for Windows was granted there would be no confusion between windows the building openings (for view, ventilation, etc.) and the single software implementation made by Microsoft. If this persists I suggest we get a fund to have the copyright removed, because of the attempts to entend its scope beyond the terms under which it was granted. Moreover, it would be perfectly consistent with an entity that despite the manner with which it gained its monopoly on the pc desktop it was not supposed to use that as leverage in competing elsewhere.

Extending Windows to structural windows is a travesty that must be countered!
