I somewhat agree with his points about the address book. Still, Thunderbird has so many good features and an easy setup that the basic functionality of the address book should be perceived as lack of bloat rather than lack of features. Comparing it to Outlook is inaccurate, since Outlook's features are intended for other purposes and audiences. Personally, I like Sunbird with week view for calendar services. I have wondered about the maximum of two e-mail addresses, though.
