Daniel Wallace has an operating system? I would almost think he's a shill for Microsoft were it not for the total ineptness of his legal case. The SCO case has a lot of ineptness in it too, but at least it has managed to go on for a few years. But that too was basically over in the second year, when SCO lost it's other suit against Daimler-Chrysler.

If anything, the Sherman Anti-trust act would seem to apply to Microsoft.
