Since when does innovation, increasing efficiency and lowering costs equate to damage to less efficient and therefore superfluous businesses?

I thought the core tenet of capitalism was to let the most efficient and agile business produce the goods. Slow and inefficient companies are supposed to die in a Free market.

r_a_ - you have a dietary deficiency. Next time you get your eggs insist upon an iron pan or if pressed in tablet form look for "irony" content on the label.
