Most Chinese Don't Use PCs from Factories

The latest word I have from a Chinese associate is that most Chinese do not use PCs from factories because they were already too expensive. They are now even more expensive because they have the pre-installed OS cost tacked on. He said that most Chinese purchase PCs from people who purchase the parts and build them themselves, or they build them themselves. I infer from this that many Chinese would rather spend a little time in order to save a little cash. |
