Standard examples of stupid person trying to play journalist, not knowing anything about Free Software, at all. Imprisoned by paradigms developed during the stone age and unable to change his patterns of thought, he completely misinterprets everything and comes to conclusions one can only laugh at. Alone the assumption that the "legal risk" of using Free or Open Source Software is preposterous, and logically the author cannot provide any kind of backup. To bad this assumption is the centerpiece of his setup. Consequently, everything after the introduction is beyond hopeless. One could even suspect the article is a subtly written piece of FUD.

No, not worth reading at all.
