Odd how the article text is gobble-de-gook, but the inflammatory, accusatory, sensationalist title reads crystal clear.

Hope they get off of the top rank at the priority watch list, though. ;-)

Well, Dean's link is helpful. It implies that FOSS is replacing proprietary software and MS is fine with that as long as it's fair. (Say what? Microsoft, are you not feeling well today?)

The original story suggests that both proprieary and FOSS are allowed and MS is upset about that. (That sounds about par for the course.)

I'm not sure what IBM would be "protesting", here, though.

Well, they're all pissed that Indonesia is giving major priority to Linux and FOSS (no matter what the publicity statements say). I'm sure that IBM has put in a bid, but it's not likely the'll be accepted either. Actualy, this has been brewing for some time.
