These Reiser flamewars are entertaining and instructive. A lot of folks have this idea that FOSS development is chaotic and undisciplined. It may be chaotic, but it's not undisciplined. Unlike closed development models, you can't hide your mistakes, or politic your way out of trouble by sucking up to the boss. Very cool. :)

"Reiser flamewars"

Sounds like rumors that the "Mad About You" star is gay.

Cool, I'm looking forward to the South Park "Paul come out of the closet" episode. :D

I spent an entertaining half hour reading the Hans and Ted show. I came away asking myself why Reiser thinks politics matter more than code. TANSTAAFL, Hans. If you want reiser4 in the kernel, you know what the cost is. The cost will not be lowered by whining. If reiser4 is as truly wonderful as you say it is, then do what it takes to get it into the kernel.
