I purchased a licence for Pixel 2 - 2 1/2 years ago. I never received the licence, and Pavel never responded to any of my 'repeated' emails. Even the credit card outfit couldn't get a response out of him. No matter how good the app appears to be, I wouldn't expect any support at all from this guy. On top of his questionable customer dealings, Pavel now says he doesn't want to deal with open software cause he wants to spend time with his family... I guess he can do that without my support. Since the latest Gimp 'does' now have CMYK support, and the open source Xara project is progressing rappidly, I'm not sure that Pixel has much of a future anyway. Hey Pavel!
