I tried an install and it didn't like that my new machine has only SATA hard drives. So I couldn't do an install. I'm therefore still on Ubuntu 6.10 which gets everything working except the SD card reader. (Fedora, Kubuntu, Xubuntu all had different problems none of which Ubunutu had. I think it might have been an AMD64 related issue there though, had no time to check yet) |
