name one other industry that you have to go to such extremes just to have a choice of what you want. this is ridiculous and is something anybody should not have to go through just to have a simple choice. sure wish the Department Of Justice would do something about this. this is just not right and should be illegal - oh wait never mind they already said it was. so why did he have to go through this just to have a choice? |

One additional note: Small claims court is not free. In most places, it will cost at least 4-6 times more to file a claim than the $52.50 Dell refunded the author. |

The blogger the article refers to actuallyu went to small claims cout. He asked for the refund + cout cost (and got it BTW). |
