Just curious, but why are we talking about the 2nd edition which was released in 2000, when the 3rd edition was released in 2005. A quick search on Amazon turned up the newer edition. |

Be aware, you have to be a Safari subscriber to download the full text. But if you haven't already used up the free trial, you could go that route to get this book. Caveat emptor. To get the free trial, you still have to give your name, address, and credit card info - which will not be billed unless you don't cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period. |
